Mr. William Hall
Name: William Hall- “Bill”
Building: Jr/Sr. High School
I Teach: Autistic Support
About Me: I was born and raised in Philadelphia and was one of seven kids growing up. I graduated from Frankford Highschool, and then attended Cabrini College where I earned a Bachelors’ Degree in Elementary Education. I then went on to teach Regular Education for 5 years in both private and public schools.
After starting a family with my wife Jennifer, we moved out of the city, and moved way up Interstate 81 where I worked in the mental health field. I later earned a Masters’ Degree in Special Education from Wilkes University and went on to teach Special Education for the Reading School District, and then for the last four years, at Pine Grove Area Elementary, which is my home district and where my children currently attend. My youngest is a fourth grader, twin boys who are Sophomores in the high school, along with their older brother who is a Junior who attends Schuylkill Vo-Tech as well. My oldest, is a student at Penn State, after she graduated in 2021 as the district’s Valedictorian. I was able to award give her the diploma on stage, which was certainly a moment I will forever cherish. My wife is also a teacher and is in her first-year teaching Special Education at Minersville Area School District, and soon to be teaching at Pine Grove Area School District as a 2nd/3rd grade Learning Support Teacher.
My hobbies include spending time with family, collecting records and vintage stereo equipment, listening to music, cooking, kayaking, swimming, playing Madden football, watching the Eagles win on Sundays, eating out, and taking naps. I previously was a youth football head coach, and actually led my team to a victory, that one time…
