Bethel and Penn-Bernville Elementary Counseling Department

  • Welcome Back Tulpy Families!

A new school year is about to begin and we can't wait to work with your students.

The counselors are looking forward to getting to know or catching up with the Tulpehocken Elementary Students.  We have fun new lessons planned including how to make positive choices and solve problems, how to make and keep friends, and how to deal with bullying situations.

Mrs. Beck will be providing our elementary students with lessons learning about careers and themselves.

Look for information in October about our Red Ribbon lessons, teaching about making healthy choices.

Looking forward to the new year,
    Ms. Kutz and Mrs. Ruiz

  • The mission statement of Tulpehocken Area School District states that when we expect the most of ourselves and our community-and we believe in the inborn ability of all children to attain the knowledge and skills necessary to realize their full potential in life-we will achieve great things. The counseling program contributes to the implementation of this mission by addressing the academic, social/emotional, and career development of each student through a comprehensive and developmental program of services.
