Mr. Matthew Shirk

Mr. Shirk joined the administrative team in 2018.  Prior to his role as Chief Operating Officer, Director of Technology, Matt served as Director of Technology and a technology support specialist for the district since 2011.   Outside of Tulpehocken, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife Kayla, daughter Hayden, and 2 dogs, Gemma(Boxer) and Luna(French Bulldog). Matt also enjoys playing soccer and fastpitch softball.

Mr. Zachary Eckel

Mr. Eckel joined the Tulpehocken Area School District in 2021 as an IT Support Specialist. When not fixing technology-related issues, Zach enjoys watching soccer, reading, playing video games, and spending time with his four cats; Bootz, Willow, Leo, and Lily.
