Mrs. Tinney is thrilled to be starting her second school year in the Tulpehocken Area School District. Mrs. Tinney earned her Bachelor’s and Masters's Degrees from West Chester University and received her principal’s certificate through Kutztown University. Before becoming a principal, she taught second grade and was an instructional coach.  In her spare time, Mrs. Tinney loves spending time with her family, friends, and two cats M and Peep. She cannot wait to have another great year at Penn-Bernville!
